Ryan Stadler joins Jefferson Academy as its Athletic Director, returning to a role he held at JA during the 2006-2010 school years. He began his teaching career at Jefferson Academy in 1999 teaching 4th grade at the elementary campus, before becoming the founding principal at Community Leadership Academy; District 14's first charter school. Most recently, he served as the Athletic Director at Ralston Valley High School.
As a Colorado native, he started as a student in Jeffco in 1980 and was a Pomona High School graduate in 1994. He earned his Bachelor of Science with a specialization in sports marketing from Baker University in Baldwin City, Kansas, where he met his wife, Theresa. Shortly after graduation, the two moved back to Colorado, the greatest state in the country where they have raised three kids, who all attend Jefferson Academy. When not attending high school athletic events, he enjoys golfing, mountain biking, playing flag football and softball and has even picked up lacrosse in his old age.
With a strong connection to the school community, he hopes to diligently continue to build upon the successes both on and off the field/court/course for our student-athletes. His goal will be ensuring that opportunities for every student to participate in a wide array of sports and activities will continue for years to come.
