Guide To Parenting An Athlete

Jefferson Academy High School competes in the CHSAA 3A Metropolitan League. Arguably, the most competitive league in Colorado, the Metro League schools have consistently earned finalists and state champions in almost every sport. After a stellar 2016-2017 year in JA athletics lead by award-winning coaches, teams advanced to post-season appearances in Boys’ Golf, Cross Country, Boys' Soccer, Boys’ Basketball, Girls’ Basketball, Baseball, Track and Field, Girls’ Golf and Girls' Soccer. JA will compete for more post-season accolades in 2017-2018! Jefferson Academy's Boys’ Soccer was a finalist in the State Championship. JA sent athletes to State Championships with top ten finishes in Cross Country, Track and Field, and Boys’ Golf. Girls’ Soccer team made their third consecutive appearance in the 3A State Final Four. Expect the Jag athletes to return to State Playoffs again in 2018! The JA Girls’ Basketball, Boys’ Basketball, and Girls’ Golf teams advanced to the State Tournaments. JA Boys’ Lacrosse participated in tough league play in 2017. Jefferson Academy looks forward to another victorious year in 2017-2018. Jefferson Academy High School will host 11 sport seasons. Jefferson Academy Junior High won many championships and will continue their competitive sport seasons with Volleyball, Cross Country, Boys' Soccer, Girls' Basketball, Boys' Basketball and Girls' Soccer in the 2017-2018. We look forward to continuing championship traditions at JA in 2017-2018.
