PSAT Testing Day for 9-11 Grade-Wednesday, October 13.

If your student is in Grade 9, 10, or 11, then they will be expected to attend school on Wednesday, October 13.  They will be participating in the PSAT assessment. Testing will begin promptly at 8:30. Students will be dismissed once they have completed their assessment which is estimated to be around 12:00pm.  There is no school for students in Grade 7, 8, or 12.

Drop-In Parent/Teacher Conferences-Wednesday, October 13

Parent-Teacher conferences are scheduled for next Wednesday, October 13 from 3:30pm to 5:30pm and 6:15pm to 7:30pm.  Semester teachers will be available during these times for parents to drop-in for 5-10 minute updates about their students.  If you have concerns about your student’s quarter classes, we encourage you to reach out to their teachers immediately since their availability will be limited.  If you believe you need more time with each teacher, please email them directly to set up a separate meeting time.  If you have no concerns about your student, please take this evening to celebrate their success!

Scheduled Parent/Teacher Conferences-Wednesday, October 14

If the school has concerns about your student that require all of their teachers to meet as a team, then families will be contacted to set up a conference via Zoom.  These conferences will be scheduled during the day on Thursday, October 14.  Our student support team will reach out to schedule these appointments.  Because these conferences are scheduled during the day, there is no school for students.
