Summer Information


Summer is the time to get in shape, push your body, build your strength, and get your hands on the ball. Not only will we have open gym times this summer, but we also have the privilege of partnering with FAST Training for agility and jump training as well as strength training sessions. We won't have the Secondary gym available, but are able to use the Elementary gym for most of the summer. The weekly workouts are not mandatory, but it is highly encouraged to participate as much as possible so you feel at your best for tryouts. The cost for summer training with FAST will be $160 per player, and includes all weeks. This cost is for all players who participate in ANY of the training. Please submit payment to the Main Office by June 5th or bring to your first workout. Checks should be made payable to JA Boosters. If you need to do this in 2 separate payments, no worries, just let me know. All Open Gym times are FREE and players are welcome to come at their convenience!

Mondays: Jump/agility led by FAST Training @ Elementary campus (8-9am) followed by open gym (9-10am)

Open gym @ Elementary campus (9-10:30am)

Strength training led by FAST Training @ Thunder Baseball Academy, W. 117th Ave., Broomfield (8-9am)

Summer Schedule:
June 1 - 4x4 Grass Tournament Fundraiser - create a team and join us!
June 3, 4, 5 - normal workouts
June 10, 11, 12 - no workouts because of Youth Volleyball Camp
June 17, 18, 19 - normal workouts 
*June 24, 25, 26 - no Open Gym on Monday, training will be @ Thunder Baseball Academy. Open Gym on Tuesday will be @ Countryside Park sand court. No changes for Wednesday.
July 1, 2, 3 - OFF Week
July 8, 9, 10 - normal workouts
July 15, 16, 17 - normal workouts
July 22, 23, 24 - normal workouts
July 29, 30, 31 - normal workouts
Aug 5, 6, 7 - normal workouts
Aug 12, 13, 14 - Tryouts @ Elementary campus, 5:30-7:30pm
*June 24-30 - (no access to either Elementary or Secondary gym due to floor renovation)
