Mr. Kirkley is a secondary science teacher and has been at JA since 2011. He received his bachelor's degree in Zoology at Colorado State University in 2007, teaching certification and Master's degree in Biology at the University of Northern Colorado in 2010 and 2011, respectively. He has taught a variety of subjects, including, but not limited to College Biology 1 and 2, Biology, Unified/Earth Science, Astronomy, Science in the Movies, Marine Biology, Comparative Anatomy.  Along with teaching science, he also sponsors Gaming Club, the JA Bowling team and coaches JH Baseball.
