I have been teaching at JA since 2009. Before that, I was a part-time instructor at CU Boulder, which is where I earned my M.A. in English. I am a Colorado transplant, born in Maryland but raised in Arizona where I completed my undergraduate degree (also in English). I primarily teach eleventh-grade English, standardized test preparation, and film studies courses.
